Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Scrawnix ("Scrawnix," "we," "us"), the AI coaching service at scrawnix.com. By creating an account or using Scrawnix, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Scrawnix is (and is not)

Scrawnix is an AI-powered coach that provides general fitness and nutrition information — meal ideas, workout guidance, target calculations, and daily accountability — personalized to what you share with it. The coach's replies are generated by artificial intelligence: they can be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong, and you should use your own judgment.

Scrawnix is not medical advice.Your coach is a coach, not a doctor, dietitian, or therapist, and using Scrawnix does not create any provider–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, exercise, or supplements — especially if you have any medical condition, take medication, are recovering from injury, or have any history of disordered eating. If the coach's suggestions ever conflict with your doctor's guidance, follow your doctor.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account: keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Founding members and pricing

Scrawnix is currently free while we build. Accounts created during this founding-member period keep free access to the core coaching service for life. We may introduce paid plans and features in the future; if we do, we will state the price clearly and never charge you without your explicit sign-up.

4. Fair use

• Use Scrawnix for your own personal coaching, not to resell or scrape.
• Don't probe, break, or overload the service, or try to access other members' data.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
• Daily usage allowances apply so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone; the coach will tell you if you reach one.

5. Your content

You own what you write to your coach. You give us permission to store and process it for one purpose: running Scrawnix for you (see our Privacy Policy). You can delete your account and all of your data at any time in Settings.

6. Disclaimers

Scrawnix is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. Individual results vary; we make no promise about the results you will achieve. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrawnix and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Ending things

You can stop using Scrawnix and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other members at risk.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Scrawnix after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
